Tantalus Plant Nursery & Flower Farm supplies cut flowers, foliage and potted plants to the local florist, designer and hospitality sectors. We grow most of our stock from seed, divisions and cuttings, all propagated here in Kinsale. Our online retail store offers herbaceous perennials and shrubs for delivery by courier.
Our location falls within RHS hardiness zone H3/H4, where we ensure that all our plants are hardened off or grown outside prior to being offered for sale. Despite frequent gales and salt spray, all of our plants are grown successfully as permanent specimens in our own garden. We supply cut flowers and foliage on a wholesale basis, grown here in Kinsale from March to October, without adding any imports to bulk up our offerings. Additionally, we proudly maintain a peat-free zone.
